April 12, 2026
Good evening, N-CMS Red Devil Family! Here are your announcements for the week of April 13-17, 2026.
Welcome back, students and parents! We hope you enjoyed the break from school.
As we transition to the last stretch of the school year, I want to encourage our students to be in attendance each and every day. Parents, please speak with your child about the importance of working hard, staying on top of their assignments, and doing the best they can to finish the school year off strong.
Progress Reports will go home on April 16. Please look over your child’s grades and contact their teachers if you have any questions.
On Monday, our 7th-grade students who met our 3rd quarter academic goals will participate in an academic reward. Our 8th-grade students will have their academic reward on April 15. 6th grade’s reward date has not been scheduled yet, but we will share that information once plans are finalized.
On Friday, April 17, members of our Band and Chorus will travel to Carowinds to participate in the Festival of Music event.
Mark your calendars, May 5th is our spring chorus concert at 2 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Our spring band concert is on May 6 at 6 p.m. May 8th is scheduled for our end of the year award day.
End-of-Grade Testing will take place May 11-20. May 21 is an early release day, and N-CMS will dismiss at 11 a.m.
