This week's Hammer Student Athlete of the Week is Jayden G.
Jayden is a great example of what it means to be a true student athlete. He currently has all A’s in his classes and approaches his schoolwork with the same focus and discipline that he brings to athletics. In practice, Jayden is one of the hardest workers in the room. He consistently pushes himself, stays fully engaged during drills, and is always looking for ways to improve his technique. That dedication shines during his matches, where his preparation, effort, and mental toughness are evident. Beyond his individual performance, Jayden leads by example, setting a high standard for effort, accountability, and sportsmanship, while also encouraging and supporting his teammates. Congratulations to Jayden for his hard work this season.

Parents,

We have seen a significant uptick in sickness in the last few days, going around school. If your child is sick, please do not send them to school. This will help prevent the spread of any sickness to others.

This is a reminder that this week marks the end of Quarter 2 and Semester 1. If your child is not experiencing any symptoms of illness, please ensure they attend school. We encourage students to turn in all assignments on time this week so grades can be calculated with the best possible scores. Final grades are due from teachers on December 18.
